MOST ASKED QUESTIONSCurious?
Curious?
We’ve got you.
Can I use a pet photo?
Absolutely. Dogs, cats, and your other favorite companions are welcome. Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with the whole face visible.
What makes a good photo?
Use the original photo rather than a screenshot. Face the camera, use even lighting, and keep hands, sunglasses and other objects away from the face.
Can the whole family match?
Choose each person’s size and add their personalized item separately. Available adult and kids options are shown on each product page.
When will my order arrive?
These pieces are personalized. Check the production and shipping details on the product page before ordering for a special date.
Can I return a personalized item?
Please review the store’s published return policy before ordering. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order details.
